Zirconium Silicate Beads NanorZr-64
l Description:
NanorZr-64 Zirconium silicate beads are shaped in a special way and hardened at a high temperature in kiln. Compared to electrofused zircon beads and similar others, they have homogenous microstructure and no air pockets. This gives them at least 50% lower wear rate than the others. The middle density and hardness features are suitable for grinding slurry in viscosity from low to middle and do not damage the contacted parts of mill.
● Features:
※ Homogenous micro structure: higher crushing strength~lower beads wear;
※ Special composition: higher gravity~higher efficiency.
※ High sphericity: better fluid~higher throughput of slurry;
※ No air pocket: free from fragile beads~easy change colour for slurries;
※ Smooth surface: easy wash~lower abrasive to the contacted parts of mills;
※ Narrow sieving: 0.1mm tolerance~lower beads wear~narrow particles sizes
distribution of grinded material.
