1.Test companythe B1-B2 produce line of Shouguang Cailun Fine Chemical Ltd
2.Test purposeto get the wear rate of zirconium silicate beads NanorZr-64 for grinding the     C65 grade of calcium carbonate(GCC).
3.Test procedure
a.the first step from 18:00 June 16th to August 12th(to grind the C92 from 10:30 July 31th to 10:30 August 7th), deduct the time of stop, the operating time was 56 days and 2 hours(1346h).
b.the second step from 22:00 August 27th to 7:00 September 18th , the operating time was 21 days and 9 hours(513h).
The total operating time was 1859h.

4. Test result:
The total quantity of dry powder of CaCO3 of C65 in the B1-B2 producing line and C92 in the B1-B2-B3 producing line: 2091 tons.
a. Wear rate of sizes 1.2-1.4mm in B1 mill= 50kg/2091T=0.0239kg/ T;
b. Wear rate of sizes 1.8-2.0mm in B2 mill=85kg/2091T=0.0465kg/T.
5. Conclusion:
a. the currency of B1 and B2 mill, the particle sizes of D65<2μm and the viscosity of slurry was normal.
b. the cost performance of NanorZr-64 was much better than the other beads before.
